**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
- **Clerical Duties**:
**Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the smooth functioning of the organization.**
- **Maintain and update records, files, and databases (both digital and physical).**
- **Handle data entry and document management.**
- **Prepare and process basic correspondence, forms, and reports.**
- **Administrative Support**:
- **Assist in daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.**
- **Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.**
- **Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when needed.**
- **Reception & Communication**:
- **Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.**
- **Support to Other Departments**:
- **Assist HR, finance, or sales departments with routine tasks such as filing, photocopying, or scanning.**
- **Help in organizing company events or travel arrangements as required.**
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:
- **Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and procedures.**
- **Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.**
- **Other Duties**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
