**Reports to**: Office Manager / Administrative Supervisor
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff or conference rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients, customers, and staff
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring visitor log, issuing badges, etc.)
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
- Customer service background is a plus
**Working Hours**:
