**Planning Curriculum and Lessons**
- Research and design engaging lesson plans that align to educational standards
- Outline learning objectives, activities, assignments, and accompanying resources for daily and long-term instruction
- Develop hands-on, interactive activities to maximize comprehension and student participation
- Create customized lesson plans for students needing greater challenges or remedial support

**Delivering Classroom Instruction**
- Lecture on new topics, lead engaging learning activities, and facilitate productive class discussions
- Employ the use of technology, hands-on manipulatives, experiments, demonstrations, and other techniques to aid comprehension
- Promote critical thinking, classroom participation, independent work skills, and development of the whole child
- Continuously update lessons based on best teaching practices and evolving educational standards

**Managing the Classroom**
- Establish and reinforce positive classroom and behavior management procedures
- Communicate and enforce clear expectations, rules, and consequences from day one
- Mediate conflicts and disputes while promoting tolerance, empathy, and inclusiveness
- Cultivate an organized, distraction-free, and academically-focused environment conducive to active participation and learning

**Assessing Students and Providing Feedback**
- Develop formative, summative, and standardized assessments to evaluate student progress
- Grade assignments, projects, quizzes, and tests with actionable written and verbal feedback
- Identify students in need of extra help or enrichment activities to support diverse needs
- Prepare progress reports and communicate student growth areas clearly to parents
- Analyze performance data to guide instructional planning and pinpoint curricular gaps

**Supporting Student Growth and Achievement**
- Serve as an academic mentor providing encouragement, guidance, and support
- Help students set goals, manage their workload, develop executive functioning skills, and take ownership of their learning
- Foster social-emotional competencies like relationship-building, responsible decision-making, and self-management
- Partner with support staff to accommodate students requiring special education services or English language development
- Advocate for students' unique needs and collaborate with parents/guardians to maximize their child's potential

Pay: ₹11,178.88 - ₹25,000.00 per month
