Introduction:
A key member of the Digital, Data and Analytics (DDnA) Data Solutions team, supporting our stakeholders by maintaining the teams SAP Business Objects Site and our supporting materials. Also supporting our Barclaycard Payments User Group Calls.

What will you be doing?
- The DDnA central point of contact for the teams SAP Business Objects Site and troubleshooting issues
- Owner of the teams learning site and content currently hosted on Confluence
- Supporting the delivery of the teams internal User Group calls
- Evidence of stakeholder management at all levels
- Working closely with team members in UK, US and India - participating in and contributing to discussions
- Main SAP BO Platform contact for the AWS data source implementation

What we’re looking for:

- Experience of SAP BO including the self serve functionality, as a user and admin
- Not afraid to challenge the “norm” and constructively challenge stakeholder
- Team player able to work across multiple teams
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work independently
- Exposure to payments, credit card and finance industry

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Universe Design / Performance
- Attention to detail
- Stakeholder management experience
- SAP BO certifications
- Other Business Intelligence Tools experience aside from SAP BO (OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau )
- Well versed with the Payments industry, having worked previously on finance projects
- Exposure around the credit card industry
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
