**Designation: Sr. Administrator**:
Preferred work exp: 3-5 years

Location: Mumbai

**Role Description**:
Use expertise with network operations, network security and familiarity with VOIP, Wifi & Telecom to drive growth for clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the Network & Telecom infrastructure for high availability in 24x7 environment
- Managing VOIP over data networks and management of Firewalls, IPS, Remote/SSl VPN’s
- Performance monitoring & optimization of all Links & networking equipment like Routers, Switches
- Working in a 24x7 environment i.e Rotational shifts including night shifts (home drop facility Available for Night Shift)
- Coordinating with clients for various connectivity requirements (VPN’s etc.)
- Setting high standards of security (ISO 27001)
- Ensure all support calls are completed within SLA

**Qualifications/Certifications**:

- BE/ BTech/ MS/ MCA
