**Key Responsibilities**: As a Backend Operations & Accounts Executive, you will be critical in managing our administrative and inventory systems. Your duties will include:
- **Purchase & Vendor Management**: Managing supplier orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintaining accurate inventory records using our software systems, conducting stock checks, and reconciling discrepancies.
- **Accounts & Reconciliation**: Handling daily financial entries, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring precise financial records.
- **Data Management**: Proficiently using computer software (including POS and inventory management systems) and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
- **Operational Support**: Assisting with the efficient flow of goods, from receiving to internal fulfillment processes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working effectively with colleagues across shifts to ensure continuous coverage and smooth backend operations.
- **Process Improvement**: Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and accuracy in all backend functions.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- **Strong Numerical & Accounting Aptitude**: Excellent command of mathematics and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- **Computer & Software Proficiency**: Good working knowledge of computers, including MS Excel (for data handling and reporting), and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- **Accuracy & Efficiency**: A proven ability to perform tasks quickly and with high precision, especially when handling data.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Resourcefulness in identifying and resolving operational issues related to purchases, inventory, and accounts.
- **Reliability & Professionalism**: A strong work ethic, commitment to long-term employment, and a responsible approach to duties.
- **Education**: +2 or Graduate in Commerce/Business is preferred, but strong practical experience with the required skills will be highly valued.
