Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive - CCTV Cameras

**Location**: Ghaziabad

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Actively prospect new customers and generate sales leads for CCTV camera solutions.
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell CCTV camera products to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of CCTV camera systems.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer product training to customers, ensuring effective use and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales reports.
- Report on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to the sales manager.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Education**: Graduate in any stream (preferred: Sales, Marketing, Electronics, or related fields).
- **Preferred Certification**: Any certification in sales, marketing, or security systems will be a plus.
**Experience**:

- **Minimum Experience**: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the security or electronics industry (CCTV camera sales experience is a plus).
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or direct customer interaction is highly preferred.
**Additional Information**:

- This role may require travel within the Ghaziabad area and occasionally to surrounding regions.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for field visits.
- Training on products and sales techniques will be provided as needed.
