**Accounts Payable**:
**Job Summary**:
As an Accounts Executive at Rajalakshmi Eduverse, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute payments through various channels, such as checks, wire transfers, and online payments.

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Record customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compile financial data and generate reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management.
- Assist in the development of financial models and projections.

**General Ledger Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger.
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- 2 to 3 yrs experience in Accounts Field

**Age**:

- Below 28

**Gender**:

- Both Male Or Female

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
