**Anatomy**

In this role, you will be
- 1. Teaching: Faculty members are primarily responsible for delivering high-quality education to students on Design, Sketching and Craftwork. They design courses, develop curriculum, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, provide guidance, and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation.

2. Research: Faculty members are expected to engage in scholarly research or creative activities within their respective fields. They conduct experiments, gather data, analyze findings, publish research papers, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their disciplines.

3. Mentoring: Faculty members often serve as mentors to students, offering academic and career guidance. They provide advice on course selection, research opportunities, internships, and post-graduation options. Mentoring can also extend to personal and professional development, helping students navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

4. Advising: Faculty members may serve as academic advisors to students, assisting them in setting academic goals, selecting appropriate courses, and ensuring progress towards degree requirements. They may also provide guidance on specialized areas of study, help students explore research opportunities, and support their overall academic success.

5. Service and Administration: Faculty members contribute to the governance and administration of the institution. They may participate in departmental or institutional committees, engage in curriculum development, contribute to accreditation processes, and take part in faculty meetings and decision-making activities. Some faculty members may also hold administrative positions within the institution.

6. Professional Development: Faculty members are expected to stay current in their respective fields by engaging in ongoing professional development activities. This includes attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, collaborating with colleagues, conducting research, and continuously expanding their knowledge and expertise.

7. Community Engagement: Faculty members often engage with the broader community outside the institution. They may collaborate with industry partners, provide consultation, share expertise through public lectures, serve on advisory boards, and contribute to community development by leveraging their knowledge and research
