**Job Title**: Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer

**Location**: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **detail-oriented Accounts Executive** to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting entries in **Tally / Zoho Books** (or relevant software).
- Maintain records of **sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and expenses**.
- Prepare and reconcile **bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers**.
- Assist in preparing **GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances**.
- Generate **invoices, debit/credit notes**, and manage **petty cash transactions**.
- Coordinate with **auditors** and support in **finalization of accounts**.
- Maintain **inventory records** and assist in **stock valuation**.
- Ensure proper **filing and documentation** of all financial records.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **B.Com / M.Com** or equivalent qualification.
- **1-5 years** of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing or trading firm).
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel**.
- Basic knowledge of **GST, TDS, and accounting principles**.
- Strong **numerical accuracy, attention to detail,** and organizational skills.
- Good **communication and coordination** abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
