Web Designer Internship

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
- Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Testing and improving the design of the website. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as needed.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Professional written and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
- Good time-management skills.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field Portfolio with design projects. Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/ Corel Draw, InDesign and other visual tools).
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.We are looking for people who think that they can develop an in-depth understanding of technology very quickly.

- Should be able to understand any technology accurately and quickly.
- Should have good analytical skills i.e. he/she should be able to derive insights from any task.
- Should have independent and creative thinking.
- Should be able to adapt to new technologies.
- Should be fluent in written and verbal communication.
- Should have exposure to MS office/PowerPoint (though not mandatory)

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sirhind, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
