Job Title: Cook (Full-Time) - Ankitgram Sewadham Ashram

Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vegetarian meals for over 1100 residents, including elderly individuals, children, and differently-abled people.

Plan and cook nutritious, balanced, and hygienic meals as per dietary requirements.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Manage food inventory and coordinate with Ashram staff for meal planning.

Assist in serving food and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Prepare special meals for festivals, medical needs, or guest visits.

Follow ashram discipline and work with a spirit of sewa (service).

**Requirements**:
Experience in bulk cooking (100+ people preferred).

Knowledge of Indian vegetarian cuisine and dietary variations.

Ability to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.

Physically fit and willing to work in a service-oriented environment.

Should be non-smoker, non-alcoholic, and disciplined.
