As a Content Writer, You Will
Roles and Responsibilities
Individual deliverables
Help the company maintain and improve the quality of all the content that it develops by overseeing content and language accuracy.
Manage the content development process for various categories of content developed in-house.
Help to develop the learning material for training the company professionals.
Develop training modules for Research Analysts for both grammar proficiency and expression.
Help improve the company operations manual and maintain its relevance by updating new changes and improvements in the process.
Help the senior management in grading team members' performance.
Develop Marketing content strategy in line with the target market.
Help define and develop new content strategies for the company.
Provide language and content expertise for the company's social media campaigns.
Brainstorm strategies for improving the efficacy of internal company processes.
Review content and language of assessments conducted for the recruitment of new professionals.
Ideal Profile
Proven work experience as an Academic Writer, Technical Writer, Content Writer, Content Editor, or similar role (2-5 yr. experience)
Portfolio of published articles
Experience doing research using multiple sources
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
Ability to meet deadlines
UG/PG in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mumbai - 400028, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
