1. Efficient College Management: Ensure efficient operation of the college, with a focus on

academic excellence, promoting excellence in sports, and increasing student enrolment

2. University Development: Lead the establishment and development of a state-of-the-art

university in Rajasthan, aligning it with the institution’s vision and goals

3. Networking and Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with the state government

and Shekhwati University, fostering collaborative partnerships with key educational and

industry stakeholders

4. Educational Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships that

enhance the quality of education and research at the institution.

5. Guidance for other Institutes: Provide guidance and leadership to other institutes under

the Vedanta Foundation’s umbrella, ensuring they align with the foundation’s mission.

6. Research Grant Acquisition: Take responsibility for securing research grants for all

institutes withing the Vedanta Foundation, driving research and innovation.

7. Student Employability: Create pathways for student employment and self-employment,

equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers.

8. Innovative Initiatives: Develop and implement innovative initiatives, including

entrepreneurship programs, to foster student growth and community development.

9. Resource Acquisition: Act as a team leader, sourcing and managing productive resources

to enhance the institution’s capabilities and ensure its success.
