Oil Mill

**Responsibities**:
**Production/Maintenance**:

- Set up, operate and monitor the performance of equipment in the Cookers & Expellers
- To extract oil from seeds (Copra) effectively
- Maintaining Coconut oil quality standards
- Manpower handling inside the factory
- Maintaining 5S Standards & Safety standards
- Day to day stock of feed and oil, utilities consumption
- Implementation of preventive maintenance, spare stock maintenance, maintenance of records
- Adherence to Safety, environment, Hygiene and Maintenance Procedures
- Follow Expeller Standard Operating procedure and maintain Log book and checklist
- Responsible for capturing Near Miss and report to MD
- Effectively and efficiently handling of helpers
- Monitor Preventive Maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical) for daily maintenance activities
- Ensure sample to be tested of raw material, oil and Copra meal (Poonac) gather report timely
- Ensure timely availability of raw material from warehouse

**Packing**:

- Set up, operate and monitor automatic Pouch and Bottle packing machines
- Maintaining minimum packing materials stock
- Maintaining minimum finished goods stock

**Dispatch of goods**:

- Prepare invoices for the delivery
- Ensuring the correct number of goods loaded in the vehicle
- Dispatching the goods as per the given schedule

**Required Skills**:

- Basic Computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
