**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our **International BPO Insurance Process** team. The role involves handling customer queries, policy processing, claims support, and providing assistance to clients for international insurance services. This is a voice/non-voice process requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of insurance processes.

Location: Andheri west.

Note: Timings: 7pm - 4am.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support & Query Resolution**:

- Assist customers with policy details, premium payments, and claim procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- **Policy Processing & Documentation**:

- Verify customer details and update information in the system.
- Ensure accuracy in policy documentation as per compliance guidelines.
- **Claims Assistance & Verification**:

- Guide customers through the insurance claims process.
- Verify claim documents and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims-related queries.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to international insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality of customer information.
- Conduct quality checks to minimize errors in processing.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on policy sales, renewals, and claims.
- Work closely with underwriters, agents, and other departments.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1+ years of experience in international BPO (insurance process preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products, policy terms, and claim procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
