We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and potential.
- Present product information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Handle customer objections effectively and address their concerns.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,038.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
