Job Title**:Computer Operator/ Data Operator**

**Salary: Rs. 20,000/- to 30,000/-**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and peripheral equipment.
- Perform regular data entry, processing, and system backups.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to the IT department.
- Ensure the secure and efficient handling of sensitive data and system resources.
- Maintain logs of system performance, errors, and downtime for reporting purposes.
- Execute scheduled tasks and software updates as per company protocols.
- Provide support to other departments by managing file transfers and generating reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in IT or Computer Applications is preferred.

**Experience**:Minimum of 2-4 years proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role is an advantage of worked on AICT, UGC, PCI & INC etc.**
- Proficient in using operating systems like Windows, Linux, or MacOS.
- Familiarity with basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- **Skills**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT security practices is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
The role may require flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend work, and the ability to respond to emergencies or urgent issues as needed.

**Salary & Schedule**:
Rs.20 to 30 k per month.
