**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assessments and inspections throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with teams to implement quality standards and guidelines.
- Analyze and document quality issues and maintain records for quality control audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal protocols.
- Develop and implement processes to improve product quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
