1.Able to Generate Initial Concept Layout2. Able to understand overall Engine Mounts & Elastomers design & development process, 2. Basic Knowledge of materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.3. Basic experience on Product life cycle management sy stem (PLM) 4.Basic Understanding of DFMEA,CAE requirements, Mold flow, DVP- Design validations, Testing on Component/Assembly/Vehic le level5.Basic Knowledge & Experience of Manufacturing & Assembly processes ( Welding, Sheet metal forming, casting, machining,â 6.Able to work with the CFT For Identification of Root Cause & Implementation of Solution 7.Ability to prepare Knowledge management( KM)â document ,Design Rules, Design Guidelines, IPR, New technology demonstration by supplier.8.knowledge of vehicle aggregates f or Sub system integration required for Engine Mounting system layout.9. Basic knowledge on Powertrain and Rubber Geometry Paramete rs (NVH)10. Basic Knowledge ofâ 6DOF & Bolt Calculations11.Ability to supportâ Component /Assembly technical specification (SOR, R FI, RFQ & TRSO) for Engine Mount & Elastomersâ parts12 Basic Knowledge of Tolerance Stack up Analysis(DVA)1. Should interact wit h various agencies like ODT, IDT, CAE, DMU and plant teams to understand the issues2. Should Support to ranalyse warranty problem s, field issues, validation failures and take appropriate design action to improve the part1. Should Efficiently work on SOW (St atement of Work) by understanding customer requirements2 Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills5. Good Communication skills
