**Core Responsibilities**

Working with internal and external stakeholders to take inputs and align their perspectives around the framing of the project objectives & approach

Conducting Contextual User Research to capture user insights & unmet needs.

Innovation and New Product Development with the aim of expanding company's product portfolio.

In depth analysis of the requirements, reviewing of competitive products in the market

Participating in user feedback sessions, working closely with the design researcher, and using the feedback to refine the user experience of the product design

Conducting and Participating in various problem solving sessions such as brainstorming, body storming etc. to generate ideas and concepts.

Selection of concepts through Pugh Matrix and other tools.

Detailing of concepts and Creating rapid, low fidelity and high-fidelity physical prototypes, and thinking through the engineering manufacturing regulatory production challenges and feasibility

Training and mentoring the engineering team (w.r.t. the product being transferred to the engineering team) on product information and specifications.

Project management and supervision of engineering design projects: solving problems, allocation of work to team members, weekly project review and reporting.

Responsible for Usability Engineering and testing of devices especially for the products under development.

Design Brief Generation, Product Styling Rendering, Prototyping

**Technical Competencies**

Work in the area of Innovation, Concept Development, Design Detailing, and Engineering of medical devices for health care needs

Hands on knowledge in Design & Development of Medical Equipment/Systems and knowledge of ISO 13485.

Experienced in CAD detailing, 3D Modelling, 2D drafting (Solid works/CREO)

Have in depth knowledge of Design with plastics and metals, and related manufacturing processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
