1. Deep demonstrable knowledge of technology and architecture across web, mobile, backend services, and frontend apps across multiple software languages and frameworks, including a deep understanding of various architectural styles like SoA, microservices, etc.

2. Excellent client-facing skills to be able to understand & extract the customer specifications and analyze/design/architect as per the specs as well as respond to client queries effectively.

3. Skilled in defining technology roadmaps, skill-gap identification in junior architects, communicating feedback, creating career plans, and mentoring them to succeed in their roles

**Requirements**:

6. Develop, document, and enforce best practices across all architectural quality attributes. Represent team/project/group/organization in various events/conferences/webinars and publish blogs, white papers, training videos, etc.
