As part of the Capgemini s Oracle Retail Consulting team your primary role would be to technically assist the Oracle Retail Team and get to the heart of customer issues diagnose problem areas design innovative solutions
- You will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers
- You will plan the activities of configuration configure the product as per the design conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
- You will conduct solution product demonstrations POC Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines
- You will be to gathering requirements and develop high level technical design and should be able to review those technical designs and codes
- You must have a strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture and technical background on Oracle Retail MOM suit with recent experience as a Lead Developer Tech Lead or similar
- You must have a minimum of a minimum of 8 years experience in development support in Oracle PL SQL Unix Shell script Oracle Forms ADF optional
- You must have experience in Oracle Retail of v13 to v19 and production support experience in minimum two of the following modules RMS ReSA RPM ReIM SIM
- You must have at least 1 Oracle RMS implementation project experience
- You must have Project or people leadership and experienced in communicating with technical and non technical stakeholders
