Digital Marketing Associate

We serve a diverse clientele, including high-profile architects and designers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to support our Sales Executive and enhance our customer engagement.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management**
- Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with Pietra Ware's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging and timely posting.
- Engage with followers, monitor brand mentions, respond to customer inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
- Track social media metrics and generate performance reports to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
**3. SEO Management**
- Help manage and optimize the Pietra Ware website for search engines (Google).
- Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing content to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements to enhance visibility.
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive to implement SEO tactics such as backlinking and guest blogging.
**4. Blog Writing & Content Creation**
- Write and edit blog posts focused on industry trends, product features, and best practices related to concrete and terrazzo bathware.
- Ensure all blog content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining an editorial calendar for blog posts and contribute fresh content ideas to the team.
- Track blog performance and provide insights to help shape future content strategies.
**5. Marketing Data & Reporting**
- Assist in the creation of regular reports and dashboards to track and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to optimize ongoing campaigns.
**6. Paid Advertising Support**
- Assist the Marketing Executive in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Help manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
- Support with ad creative development, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
**7. Content Planning & Creation**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to plan and create content for various campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, etc.).
- Assist in designing visual content for campaigns, working with internal design teams or external partners as needed.
- Contribute creative ideas for content that resonates with Pietra Ware's target audience.
**8. Brand Building Support**
- Assist in brand positioning, ensuring that all marketing materials align with Pietra Ware’s unique value proposition and reflect the brand's identity.
- Support the Marketing Executive and Manager in developing strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation.
**9. Influencer Marketing Assistance**
- Aid in identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to Pietra Ware’s brand.
- Support in coordinating influencer campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring that campaigns meet targets.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, providing campaign guidelines, and ensuring timely deliverables from influencers.
**10. Website Management Support**
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Pietra Ware website, including product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Ensure the website is optimized for user experience, conversion, and engagement.
- Test website functionality and report any issues to the technical team for resolution.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or previous marketing assistant positions are welcome).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data.
- Knowledge of website management tools (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
