Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to deliver transformation and improvement projects within the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Digital Configuration Management (DCM) domain. Take ownership for the wing-to wing execution of the project/s within your remit. You will ensure adherence to project management best practice; and deliver high-quality solutions on-time, within scope and on-budget.

**As a Project Manager you will**:

- Developing Teamcenter module level „deployable templates”, „demonstration scripts”, benefits, presentation deck - Classification, Manufacturing, Schedule Manager, RM, SE, etc.
- Planning and supporting establishment of DT PLM COE in Bangalore India.
- Defining and executing templatization enabling cross pollination across all TC instances enforcing standardization and best practices.
- Leading the architecture and development of Teamcenter PLM functionalities and teams.
- Designing and developing Teamcenter solutions with minimum customization
- Coordinating with functional groups to gather requirements and drive To-Be business process with all the stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting product & technology limitations
- Driving project development teams in Technology

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Engineering from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, experience of 20 years without a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Have minimum 7 years of design/architecture, development & deployment experience in enterprise level Teamcenter production implementations. Have done large end to end implementations (including infrastructure design) of Teamcenter (including Product Configurator / Variants & Options) and can bring best practices to the table.
- Have hands on design/architecture & development experience of integrating Teamcenter CAD (e.g., Creo, NX), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (e.g., Big Machines, Cleopatra) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Experience of integrating with Requirements Management (e.g., DOORS) & Project Scheduling (e.g., Primavera) systems a plus.
- Have exposure to customization and configuration experience in Teamcenter.
- Have strong understanding of the interface between Sales and Production, the decision-making parameters that govern Engineer-to-order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Assemble-to-order (ATO), Make-to-order (MTO) and Make-to-stock (MTS) strategies.
- Have working knowledge of AWS - Active Work Space
