**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural visualization projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal teams, including designers, 3D artists, and technical staff, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and any potential delays are proactively addressed.
- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, meeting notes, and client communications.
- No site visit; it will be a desk job. The client visits as per the requirement.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Clickup).
- Familiarity with architectural visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
