We are a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to providing our customers with exceptional products. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and take our social media presence to the next level.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3 years** of professional experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics.
- Should be able to curate content ideas and visualise contents.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website or physical location.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive content.
- Interact with the social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Plan, execute, and analyse social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube. Optimize campaigns for specific goals, such as lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
- Continuously monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to our industry and brand. Use insights to inform strategy.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media content and advertising campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
