
Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Fresher to join our sales team as an Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with senior team members to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business leads through market research and cold calling
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Additional Qualifications (preferred):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
