**Job Description**:
Are you a creative individual with a passion for design? We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Ernakulam. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects. From concept development to final execution, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics and visual materials.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
- Support the development of brand identities and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Help with photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
