**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. They will be responsible for building relationships with customers, generating leads and sales, training new customers on product usage, and providing excellent customer support.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills
- Introduce our smart home technology products, explaining their benefits and features.
- Identify potential leads and gather relevant information about their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
- Coordinate with potential customers to schedule appointments or product demonstrations with the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead quality, and progress to the sales manager.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the English language
- Experience in telesales or customer service industry
- Ability to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
