**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor daily activity across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and graphics.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars aligned with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to brainstorm new ideas.
- Research current social media trends and implement them effectively.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build community.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (preferred).
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
