**Job Description: Support Executive - Mutual Funds**

**Position Title**: Support Staff - Mutual Funds

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mutual Fund Operations**:

- Handle day-to-day mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and switches, with exposure to NSENMF systems.
- Verify client documents for KYC compliance and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client investments and transaction histories.
- **Telemarketing and Client Engagement**:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote mutual fund products and services.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide investment-related guidance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- **Coordination Across Departments**:

- Collaborate with the accounts department for reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions and queries.
- Assist in preparing and sharing portfolio reports and performance updates with clients.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for mutual fund operations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and preparing compliance reports as needed.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in mutual fund operations or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in NSENMF platforms and mutual fund transaction systems.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and telemarketing skills.
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively with various departments.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM Series V-A) are preferred.
