**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To generate and increase among Cash Patients / Corporate Patients / Insurance Patients.
- To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to Corporate Policy.
- To be a Representative, on behalf of our Hospital, to all Government, other organizations and special interest groups.
- To represent our Hospital with all the existing and upcoming MNCs projects in Sricity for tie ups.
- To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochures and other related materials.
- The workflow of the system should be mapped and discussed with chairman for proper system and planning.
- To conduct regular follow-up of all Prospective Corporate clients who have received our information folder.
- To have regular follow up with the Corporate / Organisation that has been visited.
- Patient’s Grievance Handling: All the grievances related to the patients should be heard and to be solved.
- All other work assigned by Chariman from time to time.
- To provide necessary inputs for the Media Coordinator for publishing materials such as information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochures, and other related materials.
- The Workflow of the marketing system shall be mapped and discussed with the Management for proper planning and implementation.
- To plan and schedule meeting with the representatives of present and prospective corporate clients
