6+ years working, good English reading/writing ability, willing to accept travel (up to 30% per Year).
- Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred, audit experience is preferred.
- Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is preferred.
- Strong experience in Supplier and Quality Audit.
- Strong experience in Gluing, CNC.
- Good understanding on Push Pull Test and Rational Force Testing.

Technical Expertise:

- Experience in leading process control
improvement.
- Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to lead critical issue resolving individually.
- Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR.
- Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical process or cosmetic/surface finishing knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience is preferred.
- Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes.
