**The Role**:

Our newly established **Insights & Intelligence team** is a global group of innovators and data experts, dedicated to revolutionizing talent services through the power of data. Together, we uncover our clients' unique needs and translate them into actionable insights, empowering Talent Acquisition teams to excel.

Our **Principal** **Data Analyst** plays a pivotal role in driving decision-making at AMS by leveraging comprehensive analysis of operational and external data sets. The team’s core mission is to uncover actionable insights that optimize operational performance and forecast future trends, empowering AMS to stay ahead in a dynamic environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Things you will do**:

- Deliver continuous improvement or innovation projects and contribute to strategic programmes
- Provide recommendations about future data analysis which could add value to AMS
- Deliver actionable and comprehensive data analysis that directly improves internal AMS operations as well as decision-making
- Ensure high-quality, accurate and timely ad-hoc reporting and projects are delivered to internal stakeholders
- Deliver impactful data analysis and ad-hoc reports that could be used to further expand our client partnerships and drive operational efficiencies

**Skills & Experience**:

- 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis.
- Technical skills required: Excel, data analysis (reading data), data modelling, data cleansing, data transformation and data visualization (any tool).
- Experience in ETL and Power Query.
- Proven track record of delivering data insights that have directly improved operational performance.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to translate research findings into impactful insights for diverse audiences
