**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases, including but not limited to text, numbers, and other information.

**Data Verification**: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered to ensure it matches the source documents or information.

**Data Editing**: Correct and update data as needed, including typos, formatting errors, and inconsistencies.

**Data Organization**: Maintain data in an organized and structured manner to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.

**Confidentiality**: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data and follow data protection and privacy regulations.

**Quality Control**: Perform routine data quality checks to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.

**Data Retrieval**: Retrieve specific data as required by other departments or team members within the organization.

**Documentation**: Keep records of data entry tasks, processes, and any issues encountered during data input.

**Efficiency**: Complete tasks within specified timeframes and meet productivity targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Proficient typing skills and data entry speed.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer software and data entry tools, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Optional Skills**:

- Knowledge of specific industry-related terminology or software.
- Familiarity with data validation and cleansing techniques.
- Experience with data entry software or specialized databases.
- Multilingual proficiency for positions involving data in multiple languages.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
