Math Teacher

**Responsibilities**:
1. Teach mathematics to students preparing for JEE/IIT and NEET examinations.

2. Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the JEE/IIT and NEET syllabus.

3. Provide comprehensive and engaging instruction on various mathematical topics, including algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry, and more.

4. Create a positive and conducive learning environment that fosters active student participation and critical thinking.

5. Develop and implement appropriate teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

6. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas of improvement.

7. Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in their exam preparation.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the JEE/IIT and NEET examination patterns and syllabus.

9. Utilize teaching aids, technology, and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.

11. Mentor and guide students on exam strategies, time management, and problem-solving techniques.

12. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic goals and perform at their best.

13. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

14. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. A bachelor's/master's degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized university.

2. Strong proficiency in mathematics with in-depth knowledge of JEE/IIT and NEET syllabus.

3. Prior teaching experience, especially with JEE/IIT and NEET aspirants, is preferred.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

5. Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to excel academically.

6. Strong organizational skills to plan and manage a structured curriculum.

7. Technological proficiency to integrate digital tools and resources into the teaching process.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support the school's academic objectives.

9. Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

- Howrah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
