**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment processes and experience with recruiting for IT positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
- Prior IT recruitment internship or related experience is a plus.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the organization. The HR IT Recruiter Fresher will work closely with the HR and IT teams and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT recruitment and HR functions.
