**About The Role**:
The role being offered is Campus Ambassador. Campus ambassador programmes are parttime opportunities offered by a brand or an organisation to students who are still pursuing their college education. Through these programmes and the involvement of students, a brand can help build its presence and promote its products or services among students and teachers. A brand may select a few students from a college to become part of a student ambassador programme. These selected students are responsible for organising events, workshops and promotional activities that can help the brand generate engagement and increase brand awareness.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Developing an in-depth knowledge of products or services the brand wants to promote
- Building a network of students and teachers in your college using offline and online strategies
- Ideating and executing engaging campaigns in your college or other colleges in your city
- Working on marketing plans and carrying out campaigns to generate business for the brand
- Educating the college community about the benefits of the products offered by the brand
- Publicising information by displaying posters on notice boards and sharing them online
- Organising varied events like seminars and workshops to talk about the brand's product
- Conducting marketing and promotional activities using social media promotions
- Becoming the primary point of contact between the brand and student community
- Persuading the students to take part in events that aim to promote the brand's products
- Developing campus-specific outreach programmes and campaigns to increase participation
- Addressing the queries of students regarding the events, products and promotions
- Liaising with the brand's regional representatives to discuss project reports and outcomes
- Analysing marketing activity reports and key performance indicators for future improvements
- Collecting feedback from students and other focus groups to improve marketing strategies

**Time Period: 3 Months**

**Selection Process**:
There are two rounds for the selection process:
**PI - 1st Round -Screening Round**

**PI - 2nd Round -HR Round (Core competency)**

**Expected Skills for CA**:

- Graduation & Master Students from any field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Must be able to speak the Regional Language.

**What we will provide to interns.**

A. Incentive Slab:
On monthly basis it will be paid.

▪ 0 - 12.5K: 5%

▪ 12.5K - 25K: 7.5%

▪ 25K - 50K: 10%

▪ 50K - 75K: 12.5%

B. Letter of Recommendation.

C. Internship/ Placement in other company in your specific domain.

D. Full preparation for Internship/Placement freely.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
