**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Management**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls, provide information, and forward calls as necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar.

**2. Patient Assistance**:

- Assist patients with inquiries and provide necessary information about hospital services.
- Direct patients to appropriate departments or medical professionals.
- Ensure a comfortable and organized waiting area for patients.

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain patient records and update necessary information accurately.
- Handle billing and insurance inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and cleanliness of the reception area.

**4. Communication**:

- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both in person and over the phone.
- Relay messages promptly to relevant staff members.

**5. Multi-Tasking**:

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma / degree or equivalent or
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus, but freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and staff members courteously.
