We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Principal (long-term)** to lead our institution, uphold its values, and drive academic and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide visionary leadership to the college, fostering academic growth and a student-centered learning environment.
- Oversee the implementation of academic programs and ensure compliance with BNU and other statutory regulations.
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation to maintain high teaching standards.
- Collaborate with Management to develop and implement strategic plans for institutional growth.
- Ensure efficient administration of college operations, including admissions, budgeting, and infrastructure management.
- Promote research, innovation, and industry collaborations to enhance the academic reputation of the institution.
- Represent the college in academic, regulatory, and community forums.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead, and manage a diverse team of faculty, staff, and students.
- **Strategic Vision**: Capable of setting long-term goals and implementing actionable strategies to achieve institutional growth and excellence.
- **Academic Credibility**: A deep understanding of higher education standards, with a strong focus on teaching, research, and student success.
- **Decision-Making Ability**: A proven track record of making informed and effective decisions in academic and administrative contexts.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) with at least **10 years of teaching and/or administrative experience** in a reputed higher education institution.
- Comprehensive understanding of BNU and UGC guidelines and academic quality standards.
- Proven track record of academic leadership and operational management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of faculty, staff, and students.
