As a Delivery Boy/Courier, you will be responsible for transporting packages and documents to specified locations while adhering to delivery timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery services, representing our company with professionalism and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Package Pickup and Delivery**: Collect packages from designated locations, ensuring accurate documentation and verification of the items. Deliver packages to assigned destinations promptly and safely.
- **Route Planning**: Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity. Utilize GPS systems or maps to navigate unfamiliar areas and optimize delivery schedules.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service during package deliveries, ensuring courteous and professional interactions. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.
- **Package Handling**: Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss during transportation. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while loading and unloading items from delivery vehicles.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery times. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating delivery vehicles. Maintain a clean driving record and follow established safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure personal and public safety.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any operational issues. Provide regular updates on delivery status and any potential delays or challenges encountered during the delivery process.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages as needed.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in delivery services or courier roles is preferred but not required.
