Essential functions
- Participation in activities for clients (presales, proposals, discovery, development leadership) and the company itself (offering building, principal technology leadership, case study preparation, documentation of corporate experience).
- Requirement gathering: interview key SMEs and stakeholders, understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements, analysis of client’s technical, organizational, and operational landscapes.
- Development Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and design, establishing self-efficient teams.
- Collaboration:Management of client’s expectations, advocating technical decisions, continuous management of requirement/constraint changes.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architecture, designs, and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Java, React, Angular, and related technologies. Proficient in CSR and SSR patterns, Microservices, and distributed architectures. Experience with serverless architecture and Microfrontends is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in software development, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
- Database Management: Strong understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and understanding of patterns for using IaaS solutions.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience in opinion management.
- Ability to adapt fast in unfamiliar business domains and perform estimation/planning activities under complex circumstances, readiness for decision making and responsibility acceptance.
- Experience with scalable architectures and performance tuning.
- Enjoy solving difficult engineering problems, approach troubleshooting systematically, comfortable getting hands-on to guide engineers.
