- An order-to-cash (OTC) assistant manager oversees the OTC process, ensuring efficient order management, billing, and collections. They work closely with teams to streamline operations and improve cash flow while maintaining high customer satisfaction._
- Responsibilities_
- 2. Collaborate closely between all functions of AR and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets. (Cash Application)_
- 3. Build collections strategy for the team based on ageing and allocate accounts to the team for follow up. (Collections)_
- 5. Understanding manual/automated billing and performing AR reconciliation/Billing (Billing)._
- 6. Work closely with RTR to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for appropriately and accurately._
- 7. Ensure process governance including reporting and analysis to key stakeholders - communicate regularly to discuss operational issues, key metrics, CTQ’s (internally &/or externally)_
- 8. Understand the SOX Regulations and ensure adherence._
- 9. Daily monitoring the flow of invoices and conduct QC of invoices processed._
- 10. Stick to the timelines as agreed with Business and should have proactive communication._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _B. Com or M.COM or MBA Finance or any other equivalent graduation or post degree in accounting/finance related work experience._
- _Knowledge of accounting concepts and Journal entries._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Prior experience in B2B Collections, Billing and Cash Applications._
- _Experience in Oracle Fusion_
- _D365 (Dynamic 365 and advanced version of Navision_
- _Should have experience in ServiceNow and Jira_
