Salesman - Food Processing Company

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our Food Processing Company. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of snacks (namkeen), Besan, Chowmein, Sattu and other company products to the market. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our snacks (namkeen), besan, chowmein, Sattu and other company products to potential customers.
- Identify and approach new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular sales and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide feedback to the management team.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and samples to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis by employing effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and strategies to boost sales.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and provide timely feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food processing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to fluently speak languages such as Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals and maintain customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of the snacks (namkeen), besan, and chowmein market, including customer preferences and competitors.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to take initiative in resolving customer issues.

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
