Prepare and maintain site-wise other purchases track sheet

Prepare and submit consolidated P&L in Excel

Prepare and submit consolidated MIS in Excel

Prepare and submit site-wise P&L in Excel

Prepare and submit site-wise MIS in Excel

Check and audit paysheet before processing

Raise purchase order for vendor purchases and admin purchases

Check and verify individual claims

Collect and verify invoice supportive documents

Prepare invoices and submit for verification

Maintain vendor payment request in Excel

Verify and audit ESI & PF payments

Check and verify bills and vouchers

Perform site revenue reconciliation in Excel

Reconcile and audit all site and admin asset lists

Address and support bank-related queries

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
