Job Title : Export Documentation & accounts Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking Export Documentation & Account Executive to manage trade documentation and support basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation & Trade Operations:
1) Manage export & Import trade operations
2) Prepare Pre
- shipment and Post -shipments accurately and timely
3) Draft & Review Purchases and sales contract
4) Prepare and submit bank documents as per financial and trade requirements
5) coordinate and issue shipping instructions to ensure smooth cargo movement
6) Maintain clear communication with Suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, shipping agents, banks and internal teams
7) Arrange export shipment insurance
8) Handle cross-country trade transactions efficiently.
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
1) Maintain basic bookkeeping records including accounts payable and receivable
2) Managing day to day financial transactions and reconciliations
3) Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records and financial documentation.
4) coordinate with the Finance team for bank reconciliations and account settlements
5) Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit and compliances.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years experience in Export Documentation & basic accounting
2) Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping & financial transactions.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
4) Experience with accounting software ( Tally )
5) Excellent Organisational and communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
