**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate **UK English Lecturer** to join our team at **MTQA Solutions**. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students of all levels, fostering a love for the English language and literature. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to education and has a strong grasp of the UK English curriculum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures, seminars, and tutorials on a range of UK English topics, including literature, language, communication, and writing skills.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching materials that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development and review of UK English curriculum materials and programs.
- Supervise and mentor students, offering additional support and guidance when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in UK English language and literature.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and other professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- A postgraduate teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching UK English language and literature at the appropriate level (secondary, further).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong commitment to student success and professional development.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Expertise in specific areas of UK English, such as literature, creative writing, or linguistics.
- Experience using technology in the classroom.
- A proven track record of scholarship or research.
