**Job role**:

- Weekly Production plan.
- Calculate & daily Analysis of Capacities based on targets
- Coordinate for inter plant material transfer based on Demand
- Responsible for implementation of Lean & SCE excellence Enablers
- Responsible for weekly schedules /Capacity planning
- Perpetual stock counting, Ensure zero variance in Mfg vs Actual stocks
- Prepare MIS related to SCM ( DIO Report, Weekly MPS for plant). Kanban implementation
- Implement improvements to Stream line Physical Flow & Inventory
- SCM Lead for NPD Inputs regarding Packaging Std, Workflow, coordinate with other members for

inputs related to SCM activities
- Knowledge of LEAN Mfg
- Understanding of Inventory Management
- Hands on experience of KANBAN implementation
- Knowledge of complete supply chain network, Inventory management method, knowledge of standard SCM KPI /CDSA, PF,Demand & forecast management (Budget, outlook) ,Inventory control methods, supply chain tools & system, Suppliers/Vendor planning, Methods of MIS reports generation & gap analysis.

**Education Req: BE/Btech (preferably in production engineering)**

**CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS**.

**Experience of PPC in Sheet Metal Components or any other industry will be added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sheet Metal Component Industry: 4 years (required)
- PPC: 4 years (preferred)
