**Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales executives.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealerships.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Operations Management**:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and service to ensure smooth operations.
- **Budget Management**:

- Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
- Control expenses and monitor profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Automobile industry.(7+ years)
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes, products, and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
